Meanwhile, I had to step on the scale first thing at every visit, and my weight was evaluated and loudly discussed among at least two nurses and my midwife each time. I remember one visit, right after I came back from Europe, I had gained more weight than usual and like four people were discussing it. I had to go into the bathroom and cry.

I gained 35 lbs, which is on the upper end of what you are "supposed" to gain. The first 25 lbs. came right off but the last 10 are hanging around. Guess it might help if I didn't eat all that chocolate I keep bringing home from T, huh??

100 lbs for a single or multiple pregnancy...The first thing we did in every checkup was weight check...I always felt I was not gaining enough since I didnt gain even an ounce in the first trimester...
I'm trying something new this week with LJ. When he starts getting sleepy in my arms I'll put him down before he's asleep. It has worked very well for morning and early afternoon naps. I don't dare try it for late afternoon naps as that is his "bewitching" hours. Last night after bath he ate and got sleepy. I put him down next to me (yes, we're co-sleeping/family bed) and his eyes were wide open. Was gonna hand off to DH but he was asleep on the couch. Came back to bed and DH stumbled in and laid down next to baby. Didn't touch him or say anything to him but baby was out in 2 mins. I asked DH when should we move baby to crib at night and he said not yet, LJ needs to sleep next to daddy for a while longer. Awwwwwww, he's a softy!
Meant to say yesterday, our doc calls it the "wee bitching" hour.

Found some TQs hanging on Mr. Clean all purpose cleaner...says save up to $2.50, but they are (2) 75 ones and one $1 one.
This store I went to today always has all the good peelies...finally found the $2 Hormel ones on the bacon...those suckers are hard to get off! Does anyone know if the $2.49 price is a sale or TPC? Also found the $2 Kotex TQs.
I think the Pace $4 coupon [pacefoods.com] game is back...I didn't win so I can't tell you for sure.
I can also confirm that supervisor authorization is needed for free coupons that require cashier to enter price over $5 (mine was a 000).

So...I got my test results back. Heart is good. I am amazed because well, ya know my cholesterol is very high and I'm not so young, I expected some cloggage, but ZERO so I'm happy about that.
Chest CT not so good. Mild lung disease. Not surprising since I cant breathe in summer. Have I ever mentioned how much I HATE August
