Hey everyone! I passed my audition. The person who was scoring me told me that I still need to work on my confidence. But the audition was easier than the dry run with my trainer the day before. Now I am waiting to be called on to schedule my background check. So HR has to schedule with me a time with background check people. That office will give me a huge pile of papers and then they will reschedule another date for me to come back with all the completed paperwork. If they all takes place before next Wednesday I will be in the Oct 5 orientation group. But I think I will be in the following one that starts Oct 19 the way things look.

This job starts at part time and the hours are unknown until orientation. Nice huh? They usually give the new hires 1am to 9 am or 10 pm to 6pm, three days a week. But the last group of new dealers all got 5pm to 1 am. Honestly, that is what I want.

I know I cannot be choosy but darn. Those hours I like better.

The one thing I did learn about this class. It is not easy to be a dealer. HR person said it takes 300 applicants to hire 20 new dealers. Just my class alone we started with 21 in it and now there is 8 of us. There of course was the initial application, the first interview with a math test, checking to see if we could add of course. The second interview reminding us that what our new hours will be and the base wage is 5.86/hr. Then the sign ups for the six weeks of classes which is totally free and the student doesn't get paid for attending. All 8 of us waiting for our background checks to be completed. Some already have their paperwork turned in to background. I know I was on the bubble because the closer it got to audition day the more nervous I got and the more mistakes I made in class.

Wow! That's quite a load you are dealing with there! Seven kids and you are not even 30 yet?!? Faint You really need to get yourself checked out. Not being able to walk and having bones that hurt is not a good thing. It's important for you and your family. Taking care of yourself is so important, especially because you have so many kids. Is it your joints or your bones? Have you considered the possibility that it may be rheumatoid arthritis? Of course it could be that you are tired from kids/school, but it doesn't seem like that to me hug

Great job! I know you don't know me, but I am very proud of you! You have shown such a tremendous work ethic and such a desire to do this job. I hope that you get the hours that you want, but if you don't, hope you can get them in the future. Best of luck hug

My sis found out she has osteoporosis and she is only 32 yr old. She found out when her back gave out and she got herniated disc. Her newborn is really heavy. Get an x-ray out and take calcium!

OMG WOWIE! That is amazing. Right now I have only a soon to be 2 DD and I am 25, will be 27 in January. I can't imagine have 5 or 6 more little ones running around right now. I have so much admiration and respect for all of those moms!!
