It is actually one of the those head & back support thingies. I highly recommend them! They keep DSs head from slumping to 1 side although he has pretty much outgrown it Sadwalk

If he wants to sell a house, he should be by the phone, Sunday or not. If he doesn't respond by 2pm, the offer is withdrawn. I can then put in another one if I want to. It could be that he is working on a counter offer, or maybe he is holding out in hopes he gets a better offer...or maybe he got a better offer and took that one. I won't know until after 2pm...
It's the risk you take when you put in an offer. Someone else can come along and outbid you...

I have one of those carseat headrest thingies. Who needs it? I can mail it out. Obviously DS doesn't need it anymore and we won't be having anymore kids until I am tenured since I don't want to lkose my job for getting pregnant AGAIN! Wink

Sharon, I checked 2 T yesterday for the Gerber coupons. Nothing yet. If we get them later I will be glad to get some for you.

Sunday's are usually lounge around days for me. We don't have a regular church we attend so I just hang around on TCC and spend time with the family.

OK target peeps, I'm taking an excedrin (I've developed the mother of all headaches) and I'm heading out to Target. Might as well spend the next two hours shopping. I'm starting to think the deal is not going to happen. I've never done this before so I don't know if it's normal for the other person to wait until the last minute....I no likey this. at. all.

Buying a home is always stressful. The first home I bought I was a mess. This last one was a walk in the park. Two totally different experiences. This house was all done thru my employer's program absolutely awesome. Everything was done and approved in about 30 minutes from the lender. Couldn't have been any easier. I had the realtor close the sale with a POA since I was still overseas at closing.

I hope you get good news today woot

I am in the dumps today...someone cheer me up.

Oh and yesterday was me bebe's 2nd birthday...I am a little sad over that too...I now have a 2yo and a 3yo....I feel old...UGH...ill be 27 in 2 mos..i dont feel 27 where does time go
