Target Chit Chat

This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Mine did. She was a regular snuggle bug. She also always sat right next to me -- wedged between me and the arm of the loveseat.

I was shooting for the $199 one, the ProHeat 2x. Looks to have a wider track, and a few more options.

What cleaner are you using in it? The carpets aren't stained or such like that. The main factor is doing it to remove allergens from the carpet (specifically dust). I've been begging for hardwood floors, but that will be next year before we will do it.
this is the model we have Smilie I have used the regular bissell cleaning solution for it, the 3x concentrate and also the green allergen cleaning solution. All work great. We have had ours for 3 years now and never had any problems with it.

Cute, cute doggie!!! I have a part Rat, part Beagle.... she's a BARKER (which I understand is the Beagle in her) - she has beagle coloring too. But the rest is all Rat! She sleeps up on the back of the couch too!! The best is when she burrows up underneath the blankets. Try that with a 100lb dog! EEK! Drives me NUTS! Between the cat, the dog, the child and myself, I usually end up on the couch! Mad

Ohhhhhhh, we had a rescue dog that was rat terrier -- or at least mostly -- she was a dump dog, she didn't exactly come with a pedigree. We still refer to her as the "best little dog EVER". It's been about 7 months and we still can't talk about her without tearing up.

My avatar is helping to fill the empty spot. (almost 5 mo. old German Shepherd Dog puppy)
It's great but it also sucks that we get so close to our animals. I had an all gray cat for 12 years and she followed me around, came when I called, was just an all around peach. Almost killed me when she died. Swore I'd never get another. Now this all black cat follows me everywhere.

Your shepherd is going to be a big one! Going from a rat to this one must be a big change!

Quote from plgffl :
What a cutie! Your cat looks just like one of ours, I had to go check ours LOL. BTW my DD dresses up the cat LMAO and the cat LIKES it! She's got a bumble bee costume, a rooster, a shark, a lady bug, a pirate, and a sundress. I'm trying to find a suitable one for winter now EEK!

What a cute GSD! I'm sorry for your loss also hug Mine is close to the bridge and I tear up thinking of the future.
I actually delivered that cat (and her 5 brothers and sisters). DH brought home a slutty stray and the day I had my carpal tunnel surgery she decided to get in my lap and give birth. I was a one handed vet for a bit. Wink

That is so funny. Three of our cats are pretty tolerant, the other two bolt as soon as they see kids. Stick Out Tongue

That's good to know. Maybe our dog isn't missing some brain cells and it's just the breed? On days when DH works early he will plop down on the couch. There have been nights when I've been woken up by a noise and look across the bed to see Daisy with her head on the pillow cutting zs. The animals and the kids are spoiled rotten here!

I had a clipping business, I had thousands upon thousands of orders every month.
I didn't know that you had a clipping business - so I've always wondered, how the heck do clippers manage to cut so darn many copies of the inserts without taking the exp dates off half of them. Anytime I try to cut more than a few sets at one time it becomes a massive mess laugh out loud

I have only been on this thread about 6 months, but doesn't it seem like every few weeks someone pops in and causes drama??
Sad but true. But then we get back to talking about poop, etc, and they usually get bored and leave Big Grin

A little bit of drive but might be worth it. That store is usually fairly friendly if I recall. I think some of their items are higher priced though, like diapers. I haven't been there in a while though.
Shut the front door (and the back door too, for that matter)! We are so there! Here's hoping we can all meet up for some hanging out and shopping fun!

Okay, false alarm!! Turns out I must've had an item over $10 in there! I had her take a couple things off, so it must've been one of those. Thanks for the replies and the help, my crisis is over and Christmas can go on as planned!!!

Isn't that the best help though! If hubby wasn't in the bed, our terrier was right in his spot using his pillow. As soon as he would come in the room she would move, but if he was out of town overnight that side of the bed was HERS. They are funny little dogs.

Thanks and sorry for your loss too. Is that a baby Chihuahua? My son has one -- she is an eight year old rescue from a puppy mill Mad. Some people should just be locked in boxes and left there.

Well, silly, you should just get them each their own couch. Two love seats would probably suffice.
