HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must visit www.bingiton.com (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Period; follow the instructions on the Website to perform five (5) searches; click the designated button to indicate which search results you prefer after each search; complete the Official Online Entry Form, including checking the designated box to accept the Official Rules and Bing Privacy Statement; and click "Submit" during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you have completed this entry process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to a U.S. destination of the winner's choice for the winner and one (1) guest. Winner must designate a destination within the 50 United States (includes District of Columbia) located within 100 miles of an airport offering regularly scheduled commercial airline service. Trip consists of: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest; seven (7) nights hotel accommodations (hotel(s) to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel for winner and one (1) guest; $4,500, awarded as a corporate check to the winner only; and $5,151.52, awarded in the form of a corporate check intended to assist with taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $15,151.52.
