Received the Mayan prize a few minutes ago.....did have to sign for it.

While the case is cute, I have my doubts as to a $114 value....just my opinion on it.

Got all the Belvedere wins today and they are very nice.
Sunglasses are white frame and blue on the sides
Tea cooler is sharp - lined and nice handles
2 shopping bags are white
I hope someone who get them can post pictures as they are so nice and came wrapped with tissue paper and packed nicely. Not at all what I expected. Thought everything would be red. I got a little box of Ziplock containers also. I just checked the mail.

Need advice. Just found out as a widow of a Viet Nam era vet I can get a home loan. Ultimate goal is to own my own home. Checked my credit (dont know the exact score) have 4 adverse under $40 3 from ID theft and the bank says I owe $845 in bounced check fees from the ID theft although they took the checks off I still owe the fees for them bouncing???? Dont get that one!! One more check that I did because I wrote on an account that was closed because when we moved I grabbed the checkbook out of the box (grabbed the wrong one) I paid the check off the next week because Dominoes wouldnt let me write again til I did. They re-instated my check writing privileges but never notified the main office it was paid and it went on my credit report AND prosecuting attorney. Its for $35 but I have refussed to pay it off a second time!
Also had a beef with mediacom. They said I didnt return the right plug in cord to the cable box and charged me $298!!!! I refused because they threw away the cord I did return. (They know the difference???) I paid it off 2 years later when I returned to them for service.
All of these will be removed from my report 08/13.
The problem Im having is..... I dont believe in credit cards!! I pay as I earn it! Good/ cheaper..... does NOT build credit however! Did have a credit line of $2500 when I bought my car and it reported that I paid on time for 2 years but that was in 2002!!
Need advice on credit building cards...... credit union vs bank??? Do not know what Im doing!!! Any advice is appreciated!

you can get a card like Macy's and use it then pay it off at the same time at the same register

You got lucky on the "buy here, pay here" place... lots of nightmare stories I've heard from those places around here

Supposed to be a really beautiful and warm weekend here so I plan on being outside on a pony

I would also get a credit card where your checking account is. You only need to use when you want and then pay it off. This will establish good credit.
My Visa card has rewards so I charge often and even pay bills. When I get so many points just for using it I choose to receive an account credit. My daughter and her hubby saved their points to fly free recently. You just have to pay it off each month on time so they dont get you with late fees and/or interest charges.

Oh no -I got set back yesterday. Sam is coming along but no Tamiflu for him only me. I was better yesterday. It is hard for us as we take turns with the pets, etc. We sleep a lot yet. Coughing is getting less and less, He cooked 1/2 package of bacon for the cat, i got so happy to bring it to her and nothing. She is eating nothing, not her food nor special food. Kitchen is a mess and we are starting to run out of juice and soup. I got bread yesterday but it was hard for me to bring them to the vet. I was very weak and dizzy. I don't want to spread this and go coughing into the food store. I wanted jello but forgot that. I hope by Monday he can go back to work.


Well he enters expired sweeps that i do but some day we are going to win one of them.
