yeah i know, i guess im just super furious that i asked them to replace the order on the 28th when i saw there was a tracking problem, i never asked them to pay for it, i was just going to return the extra order to teh store if they both got here. The CS rep refused to do it and assured me that my order was fineFrown All the stuff was instock then.

and no refund until tomorrow since the gaurentee date was today. which is why i contacted them after the mail got here today. 2 items were still in stock then, and 45 minute later when the jackhole finally agreed to reorder those 2 for me, they were goneFrown

False alarm...don't let the children near the computer when you are working. She changed the activity I was looking at to December 2011. #SoSad

awww sorry about that. yeah, it's annoying when they won't refund you until that guarantee date. it always irritates me when CS reps advise you to do stupid things (like not reordering items). i know i often seek advice from CS but they don't usually know what they're talking about. i wish they would just tell you to reorder, rather than reassure that it will get there. (the good thing is, there's still a chance you may get your package, and after they issue the refund it'll be free)

for bloom - if you are medium/olive toned (around nc35) and are looking for a full coverage liquid foundation, check out the face atelier ultra foundation. they only have 6 - honey left - i have this color at home and it matches me ok. i think 5-sepia is better for me bc it's a bit warmer/peachier while 6 is more yellow/olive. it's a much-loved full coverage foundation, and not often on sale. even on HL it was not that discounted. it's a pro line, so it's harder to find.

do you really think there is a chance? I got the shipping notice on the 23rd, but according to tracking the label was not even printed until the 28th? and thats the only info it has.

They should just let you order again and refuse the package if the other one arrives. Don't they want happy customers?????????

What is the time frame they use? Sadly, I doubt I'll ever be in danger of not getting enough points for A-list. I'd give you some of mine to help you get the minimum, if I knew how. I have a few low receipts from the purchases my DH made yesterday w/o my card. There may be some more from his previous purchases too. He didn't use my Express CC for most, if not all, of them. He paid with our bank card. Could you call those in to help you out? If you can, I'll look for them.

I'm sure they'd be fine with a customer replacing the order, if they were willing to pay for the reordered items. anastaciab didn't say, but I'm guessing they weren't willing to reship w/o charging for both orders. It would be frustrating to be punished for what may be their mistake. I suspect the payment situation was the issue though.

question - can express rewards be used on clearance if it's less than your reward amount? i.e. if i have a $30 reward can i use it on something that's 29.99?

I forgot about that, haven't had a missing order in a while. I understand that, $250 is a lot of money to pay out again.
