i'm still waiting on my shark bite. i ordered 2 colors. i remember seeing it in-store and liking it on the hanger. not sure if it will look right on me. i may have to find a cute summery belt.

i'm not sure if alvs is ok with me saying this but i think it's in her favor for me to do so. the past, i think even before my time, has been dug up anyway.

long time ago i felt like i've been bullied by, let's not involve others who are not here anymore, so i'll just point one finger towards alvs. [yall know now we do get along very well though, and most of you probably aren't seeing anything wrong with her now (i hope laugh out loud ).] when alvs realized this, i was actually already over it and she knew, but she still apologized to me.

sorry alvs i had to talk about the very distant past... but i guess i just wanted to say that i know for a fact "you have mended your ways". i just want to straighten it out for the new peeps here to not have a bad impression of you.

eta (very tardy): just emphasizing that i am focusing on my feelings with the phrase "i felt like i've been bullied". it may be that i was just thin-skinned and wasn't even being bullied.

the thing i love most about that dress is the fabric. it is the ultimate cool summer fabric - very comfy. i have it in 3 colors also. i paid a lot more for the black!

i think this line was discontinued awhile ago... i haven't seen it in stores for a long time. i did see it online more recently, but can't remember the last time i saw them.

Nope, I didn't try the metallic dress K linked. Usually, I go for more form-fitting styles for metallic things because I think of them as more date-dresses. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

My mom is 5'10" and loves the shark bite. I bought one for a friend of mine who is 5'3" and she didn't like it. It looked a little frumpy on her, so maybe it is a height thing.
