i haven't checked out netflix online streaming selection in months! found that movie and it's going on the instant queue... dh and i will have to have a movie night tomorrow. Popcorn

when you send in express returns, do you need the bags?

VS processed one of my returns for a bra for $12.99 and I'm pretty sure I paid way more then that for it. Otherwise I wouldn't of returned it. laugh out loud When I get home tonight, I will look through my orders and see what I paid.

Is the best way to get this fix to call them?

Call them with the order number and they should fix it.
