Their next system is bonkers. It's happened to others. I'm not sure what they'll do without a receipt. Maybe they can look them up with your card or phone number. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I love the new apartment. It's closer to everything, and I can see the lake and river. It's got a lot of windows so it's got some awesome views. I so want to just stay here even though it's cold. I'm the goofy southerner who didn't bring gloves or a hat in january Doh Crazy.

they can look up your cc and cross reference with your points, though it's only really worked for me with my express card. I use my discover sometimes, and they didn't seem to find my transactions with that card number.

they will put back the points that were from returns in other cities. I'm not sure what's wrong with their system but it recently started putting random returns on random accounts for a lot of us.

I posted awhile ago that Express was having problems with this and they are aware of it. I have called each time I see these returns and the points are adjusted.

so i was only asked which of the 2 emails once, so for all my other purchases, were they choosing the email address for me?

yes, probably. or perhaps they weren't even looking up your next account. does your receipt show your name and next points?

i found that they didn't properly train some employees to look up the next account. it doesn't matter anyway - my points never seem to show up anyhow. i always have to call it in.
