u don't have to buy any either - just go get some samples from sephora. that's more than enough if all you're going to use it for is the 1 day. just a thought.
I have Maybelline Pure Makeup in medium 2 [audreydao.com]. I usually use that to cover my acne scars on the lower jawline. Everytime I put it on, it's just a tad orangey. I still can't get used to it! I have this in Medium 1 as well. Sometimes I blend it depending on the color of my skin at the time.
I will have to try. I can't get used to the feeling on my entire face. I watched some contouring videos - seems easy enough. The only concealer I have is from Neutrogena [neutrogena.com]. I usually use this to cover my acne and it does a good job, but doesn't blend in with skin color completely. I've never used it as actual undereye concealer

it will only be 1 day when you have a full face of foundation on. you can handle it for 1 day...
if it's orangey throw it away pronto. that's not how it's supposed to be! i don't use maybelline face products... drugstore concealers that i like are: l'oreal true match. that might be it aside from that neutrogena one i've had for years. the origins one isn't bad (i have it in #3 i think) and it's only $15.

Any actual concealers you'd recommend? I didn't get the VS one that was talked about here a while ago. Is concealer like foundation with different colors? Or can I just use lighter colored eyeshadow?
What about MUFE foundation colors? I think I'm still darker than you based on the most recent picture...
