Looks like I have to have surgery on my shoulder. Scheduled in 3 weeks depending on if I do in network or out of network. The facility they like to use is out of network but they say they bill you as in network after copay and deductible, which means I have to pay $100 more. If I go in network I may have to wait to do the surgery as they are only there one day in the month at that facility
yes, lots of work. luckily i never used tiers back when i didn't order much, and then i found you guys before i did, so i never used them. sometimes i forget about 20% off or PA adjustments tho, and then i freak out wondering what happened.
i like typing everything in - i don't know why i never did it before. so easy to figure out if they're refunding correctly! (and fyi the past 2 big returns were processed perfectly... still waiting on the one i sent in this week)

Yeah, I totally get thrown off if there was a 20% or some other code used. I used to only put item name on spreadsheet, now everything goes on

oh no... good luck with it all. i say, if they're going to bill the out of network as in-network, then go for that even if it's $100 more. $100 is nothing in terms of health care costs. however, i would make sure that they will actually bill it like they say it will be billed, as these in-network/out of network rules are very complicated and sometimes they tell you one thing and then bill another. it's often very difficult to figure out how much something will actually cost until after the procedure, which is very annoying. i hate dealing with health insurance issues.

usually for their skirts like that that have seams at the back, my butt doesn't fit the designated region for it
that's another problem i face when ordering, what size to order. when i try to be safe and order 2 sizes, it just means i'm returning something for sure
