i've been shopping with them for a shorter period of time. i only got a wrong order once. i forgot what happened to that order - i think they sent me the correct item and i sent back the wrong items.
the other times seemed like shipping errors so it really wasn't their fault. though now i know that each time i called in it counted against me. that's not very cool.
i know mistakes are bound to happen but i think express is actually one of the companies that tries pretty hard to be nice. you should try talking to limited cs. now THEY'RE a PITA. they don't even try - it's surprising to get someone nice. i tried to get a return label taken off (5.99 or 6.99 - my return was 3 items it wasn't like i even sent a huge box or anything - they charged me for 2 labels) and they refused.
Their email is even worse. I just get generic responses that seem like the rep didn't read the email or doesn't understand english.
dh must be happy that i am hating on them. less spending for me. but i feel like i need to shop
i wonder if it have made a difference that i'm calling them about the issues. maybe i should have just sent them the items back with the rest of my returns and just mark wrong item sent, and so they didn't have to send me new ones overnight. he seems to keep repeating me about the overnight sending and the waiving of the return shipping. and when they sent me that dolman stripe tee that are misaligned, and they had to resend me a replacement, i wonder if that counted as well.
i don't regret whatever i did though. it's just normal to ask for issues corrected. i wouldn't have wanted to keep two tops that i didn't order for the price i paid the jackets for. it is bound to happen when they are inaccurate. it's just a matter of time. at least yall know now that there is a limit to their nice cs.

I have the matching pants, but they material feels really different.

the chiffon gathered skirt is short for those of you taller than me thinking about it. it is also very voluminous, but i like the pockets. i bought in 2 and 4. i tried on the 2, it's a little big on the waist. i haven't gotten to trying the 4. i'm undecided about it. it's cute though.
i don't think i'm keeping the corset pencil skirt. it does what those office skirts from exp does to me... 2 is small in the waist but ok on the hips, 4 is right on the waist but too much unfilled space everywhere else.
strapless embellished dress. great deal for $25, comes with bra straps and pockets. i fit ok in the 4. but then again, nowhere to wear.

it is on the invoice and ship confirm. in my other order, there is one thing missing in the package but it is in the invoice but the ship confirm had the correct number of items and total, and i received a cancellation, plus the package had a note on it about it. the crackle knit had no indication of it missing. i was right holding on to original purchases until the rebuy is in your hands.
i was able to try it in black in the store last year. i liked the way it looked but i thought it wasn't practical. i skipped it in favor of the peplum moto.

after i have raised my voice, he did "research", and decided he was making me find another item to put a discount on (probably kinda like a credit). i said i'm not in the mood to shop from them anymore so i insisted for refund. i was going to be connected to the supervisor's supervisor, but then he came back and told me he'll just refund. so i confirmed that in the future, any mistake on their part would have to be fixed by me making a chargeback to the cc and he said yes. so i told him they're making the cc responsible for their mistakes. (also, won't the cc mark me too if i had to chargeback multiple times?) also i told him if they're suspicious of me, i was suspicious at them too sending me cheap tops for the leather jacket i ordered. also told him i'm telling this to my friends.
so that's it for me. probably good for me though that they make me not like shopping with them anymore. i'm not sure if starting over with a new account would help... (an account i'd have to slowly up to a-list?). but i am really angry right now, i'm only thinking of just using up my reward in store and exchanging a dress i have here on an exchange-only receipt.
thank you exp for making me ban you officially. i'll be glad for my $ to go to my savings instead.

I ordered the university of Florida socks, but the white sock only was a university of Kentucky sock. It wasn't a returned pair or anything. I called CS and they are sending me new socks, I just hope the white sock isn't another Kentucky one. Very strange..... I only ordered the socks to wear at the hospital during labor because my childbirth class instructor told us to bring knee high socks to wear with the hospital gown because its very cold.

I don't like it when people accuse me of stealing or lying. In August I started getting a newspaper, I ordered 3 copies of the Sunday edition so I could get the Q's. Well I kept getting either one or two or none. I would call and they said they would redeliver, never happened or if I did I either got just one more or not any until Weds/Thurs. This went on for weeks, even talked to the Distribution Place, and was talked to like I was lying. I was finally able to talk to a Supervisor and told them correct it or I am done. Well they had someone from Upper Mgt call me and it finally got straightened out. I kept that number just in case. Well I cancelled one of our other newspapers, that Sunday only got two of that Newspaper and the one I cancelled, called all week, never got it, they extended my sub. Next Sunday, oh surprise, no newspapers. Called three times and I told them I am contacting Upper Mgt. I called that number I saved, left a message and She called back and said it would be taken care of and it was, they were here the next morning. Now to see if it continues to be here.
