i glanced at my angel card account online and it looks fine. i don't cancel many backorders anymore though.

I just got the nerdi pink coat. It looks more beige to me. Am I color blind? Dh doesn't think I see color right sometimes because we argue about it.

continue checking it. i had them send me a notice about a backorder (the email said "update") and then i noticed they charged my card for the backorder even tho it didn't ship. they also charged me shipping on the backorder. then they refunded me the amount but didn't refund the shipping! it was all very stupid and unnecessary - i didn't cancel anything.

i will do so. i was mainly checking for shipping charges. i will look more closely to see if they slipped any bo's in there. those will be harder to catch.

also now i don't feel as bad about the color. i think it's him and not me but you know how stubborn boys can be.

I think they are also randomly trying to charge shipping. I used a free ship with bra code and the code went through, and it wasa fine in my email confirm, yet I was charged. When I called, I was told that bralettes/bandeaus don't count. I was furious--I said go online to Pink section, and look under bras. Also if it did not apply, why did the code work and my email conf. was correct? As a courtesy, they refunded it. Ridiculous.

so there is no rhyme or reason with them of course Annoyed. codes have been working on those. my orders were fine. i'd be poed if they charged shipping. glad they fixed yours.

It's fine with me if they don't want them to count as bras but I don't want them to go back and charge shipping and then act like they are doing me a favor by fixing it. Then they don't even fix the darn site and the codes still work on the bralettes. Sounds like a scam!!!

That really sucks. I did get 2 BOs shipped and I wasn't charged with additional shipping fees. Same order, came separately.

I think they are all just getting confused. I hope you get it sorted out!

Now I'm scared to use the FS with bra code.
