where are you travelling to? is this for the summer travels home?

sweaterdress + leggings or tunic + leggings. i think i am keeping the liggy dress purely for travel purposes since i don't have a lot of long tunics like that.

Yup, the long flight. How about shoes?

Last time I didn't have too many outfit choices because I was preggers.

Yogas, fitted tee, and hoodie.

Or do you need to be dressed up when you arrive?

i would go with flats. possibly the blustery. Smilie i wore boots i think, but i traveled in dec so it was cold and i didn't want to carry boots in my luggage (no room). otherwise, i would do slippers/flip flops/sandals (these will be easier to wear on the plane since feet tend to swell a bit with the different air pressure - i usually just take my shoes off when i'm up in the air).

Thanks hug Not good, though it sounds like she'll wait around while he works through some stuff, but he's being kind of a jerk to her. The hardest part is that, as her friend, I would advise her to leave and not look back. She definitely deserves better and DH agrees. I can chalk 75% of his antics up to mommy hang-ups, but the other 25% is arrogance, immaturity, etc... and is indefensible. I do know that she's a nurturer and would find another "project" after him. She told me of some previous "projects" and it seems my bro was by far the least toxic to her, but...man FacepalmI think he's extra jerky right now b/c he's not getting the support he thought he would. In fact, he was at a function with some long time friends and one of them (a really caring and outgoing guy) didn't say a word- but walked up to him and slapped him. OMG
No, all my BOs shipped Frown I just bit the bullet and decided to go FS instead, saving my reward for SRC time or something nod

Sorry to hear about your brother still. His friend sure has some balls!! I was hoping you were going to give an update about a reconciliation. I hope he finds himself nod

just saw this (but haven't watched yet) and thought of you: how to contour [youtube.com]

really? awesome! i thought last year's size was perfect except it needed a shoulder strap. i like the looks of this year's even better! excited.
Thanks! I will check out the video! I think I kinda got it down? Might need more practice.

Then this weekend is perfect for you! I don't even know what I can fit in this aside from summer clothes. Definitely not shoes!!

it's more the size i would carry for my beauty products and still need another bag. i like to separate them though so it works out.
nod Beauty and shoes. When I travel for a fancier weekend when I need choices, I use 2 trio bags shake head I think we over pack!

I always wear jeans, tee or sweater, and hoodie. This is so I look presentable to overseas family picking me up. I always wear flipflops because of the pressure on my feet for being stationary for so long, especially in a sitting position.

Just watch out for sweaters that itch. Also stuff shows up on black really easy. Gray is a good color. I wear it a lot. I have a white cat and a 6 year old. With black you see every cat hair and with lighter colors ds could get it dirty. Leggings are good with comfy boots or flats and just a comfy top. Nothing too tight. I'd wear something I can move around in. Maybe take an extra top just in case the baby is messy.

I like to travel in knit maxi dresses. They're comfy and they don't really wrinkle.

also, bring a cardigan or something for the plane. i'm always cold. you'll be travelling to heat so you probably won't need more than a light jacket.

i would totally do a maxi dress if it weren't for porda's warning -- security ppl will not like it and want to feel you up to make sure you don't have a bomb strapped to your leg. Stick Out Tongue travelling with a child you will likely bypass the xray machine, but may or may not get away with wearing the long skirt. i would do leggings or yoga pants - something stretchy/comfy. i used to wear jeans but they are just not that comfortable for long flights.

If anyone sees a bronze, sequin peplum top in XS in clearance, please let me know. I bought the size S thinking it would be cute with black jeans & strappy heels to wear to the casinos at night. Like the others, it's too big in the torso. I think I must need XS in the peplum tops. This one was only $10, so I may try to alter it, if I can't get lucky & find an XS.

i got my teal herringbone jacket in 2. it fits, but because i've been ordering jackets and vests from express in 4, i'm thinking 4 could have fit better and i might outgrow the 2 quickly.

it came with the catalog! :wh ee:
Apparently, I'm a lot bigger than you. The size 4 Venetian Teal jacket barely fits me. I'll have to wear a thin top & a bra with very little padding. Oddly, the black lace jacket is the biggest on me & all of my jackets are size 4. They're sizing has gotten crazy.

but how? i am hoping not to outgrow my stuff anymore. with the exception of if we ever decide to have kids.

Thanks for the contouring link. I need to learn how to do that too.

If you have kids, you'll get your answer to the weight question. Kurpee's amazingly small for someone with 2 kids who doesn't exercise religiously. She must have good genes.
