Apparently, I'm a lot bigger than you. The size 4 Venetian Teal jacket barely fits me. I'll have to wear a thin top & a bra with very little padding. Oddly, the black lace jacket is the biggest on me & all of my jackets are size 4. They're sizing has gotten crazy.

If you have kids, you'll get your answer to the weight question. Kurpee's amazingly small for someone with 2 kids who doesn't exercise religiously. She must have good genes.
your experience is similar to mine. i feel like the teal jacket is more snug than the lace. possibly bc the lace is more stretchy. their sizing is annoying!
idk, my friend had a kid less than a year ago and she's tiny again. it did not take her long to shed the weight, and i don't think she's been doing much exercising (though her work requires her to be on her feet all day long in a hospital). however, i fully expect to outgrow all of my clothes and never fit them again if i were to have a child. it's in my genes...

yes, they are thick. not sure if they can look dark grey - possibly. they don't look very green to me. the 2 fits perfectly - they are very fitted. i'll try to take a photo later on but they popped up on clearance some time ago. they are not the sateen version, but the jean version (i tried a pair of sateens on clearance in store and they were very unflattering).
