they should list them all online and then put "in select stores only" on the items that are only in stores. that would definitely generate more intrigue/interest in the items and in their stores!!
i used shoprunner for the first time outside of drugstore.com on ninewest.
it's pretty sad when we know more about the prices than the store. i remember asking if a dress was on sale last year because it was online. sa said no and i got her to check anyway. turned out i was right. they suck
i think it's really stupid that they switch around their store so much tho. like, their cash register is a round thing... and they keep changing where the line is, at least at my smaller store. it's so annoying bc it's always in a different place when i go (and i go pretty often) and the last time i went the line barrier was gone altogether, which caused a lot of confusion. i didn't know where to wait! they should stop changing stuff up and use all that time/energy into learning what the promos are and using the correct signage.
YES. DBF and I got into spats about shades of colors. His argument is that guys just don't care that much to differentiate the colors!

that's what i normally see. it's so annoying.
i've gotten into the habit of knowing what's on sale and/or checking on my phone when i'm there. i have issues connecting to data from my smaller store tho, so it makes things difficult sometimes. but i have also just asked them to scan stuff to see what it comes up as.

i saw a clearance shirt hanging with other shirts and i really wanted to move it. they also had clearance tights in the regular tights section so when i was trying to use my 15 off anything q's i got a surprise... luckily they let me use them on clearance that one time (it was a noob).
