only transaction i did on ebay recently went wrong. seller sent the wrong size. i don't like ordering on ebay but that's the only place i could find a red sky top.

Yes, it would be item not described, kinda. I think definitely try to get a discount because it sounds like you wanted the item with the trim. But if you don't want it entirely, ask for a full refund. She should give you a refund if you don't want the item anymore. If not and nothing works and she wants to keep your money..then you can go the route case, but I think it would be best to try to avoid that.

IMO, her seller rating is on the line, so she should definitely do everything she can to appease you. I think you could file "Item Not Described" since you already paid... but the next step in resolution is her offering you a refund, partial refund or you sending it back. She did already offer to cancel the transaction, so I wouldn't go through with it only to file I.N.D. to get her back for not giving you a discount. Either you're OK with no hood/no discount, or you're not. You can give a neutral and/or ding her stars and put comments like "great jacket, but seller lost hood before shipping" , which no seller wants in their ratings. (I'm wary of giving negative feedback b/c that stays with a seller for an entire year, so I only give it to the real jerkholes)

Was able to sign in and place an order this morning just fine.
I placed an order a while ago, but now I try to sign in and it won't let me.

red, did you use the email us link to ask for a shipping refund at Express? I tried again, when we were discussing it here. They still haven't replied to that email or the one two days earlier. It looks like I'm going to have to call, if there isn't another email address I could try.

I think trying a smaller size is a good idea. They look too big for you.
