just realized i had another order where they charged me shipping after i had used a FS code. Annoyed it was on DH's account so i didn't audit it very closely. great!

be wary of using tier + FS code - it seems like they don't like it! i'm not sure how to get that charge back now. Annoyed

Vs is sucking lately. I haven't been impressed with any spring clothing this season.

if their shipping weren't so expensive i might actually let it slide. but it's costing like $7 per shipment, which is stupid. (there was a backorder item so they charged the shipping fee on both items, wtf)

grrrrr can i even call for DH? Frown he is not going to like calling for me, plus then if i return the item (i think it is going back) he'd have to call for them to refund that adjustment as well.

My dh doesn't like being bothered with my shopping habits either. Maybe try emailing them.

*sigh* this sucks. it's confusing also bc i used a gc for the order and there was a backorder. i only noticed something was up bc i looked on the invoice bc i wanted to return the items, then noticed there was a shipping charge. it looks like the backorder just shipped yesterday so once the charge shows up on my card i'll email them. but according to wolfie they may not give it back when i return the items... it's too much to keep track of. Annoyed they should charge what's in the email confirmation!!! isn't it illegal to charge more? shake head

I think so. They seem to like to sneak in charges. Always have been that way. I always thought the tier adjusting was sketchy. I never knew you could get it reinstated until I joined sd and I've shopped at vs since hs. I was either stuck with crap I didn't want or got cheated on my refund. Anyways they've always been shady as hell imho.

sigh. i never used to use tiers. i decided to try them when they started distributing it, but now it looks like i'll go back to not using them due to all this sneaky shipping charging. it makes accounting easier anyway.

I agree. They need to make up they mind before you hit submit. They've always tinkered with the orders. I remember using tiers in college some. I kept so much stuff I didn't want because of their stupid adjusting policy. I should have called cs I guess but I was younger and didn't want to be bothered. It's a love hate with me and vs. I'm not living their clothes right now. I'm only having luck with swim, undies, lingerie, and yoga pants. I used to like their bra top/ dresses. They seem extra skanky this season laugh out loud.

they're the only ones that make good push up swimwear that's readily accessible. the target triangles are fine, but all their other stuff (bandeau, etc) are horrible at pushing up. you might be ok since you need less push up than us, but in general vs swim is pretty decent.

otherwise you'd have to get high end stuff like vix - they have great push up. i still love a top i got from loehmann's bc it's unlined but pushes up like crazy. making it easy to pack and sexy at the same time.

High end swimwear is crazy expensive. I love everything but water but omg at the prices. My favorite brand is becca there. I do like vs swimwear and you're right about the push ups.

I think they add these small charges because they know most people won't realize and if they do they won't do anything about it. We're only a small % of their customers. I don't think they're "innocent." I've been around the vs thread too long I guess.

Sorry I get stirred up when I think of how shady vs is sometimes Teehee. I wonder if they do analysis on the % that will call to get it corrected and stuff.

They are! And I'm glad! Keeps me from shopping. I'm liking their swim, so my wishlist is mostly swim and waiting for SRC time! They have a color block dress that I like but will probably just try that one on with SRC time. Otherwise, I haven't been really liking their stuff. Waiting to try stuff on once SRCs are active! Their sleep is Yawn And bras have been decent in the prints, shopped more than normal on bras shake head
