The smaller ones seems like the best option to suggest to my FIL to buy for mothers day.. She doesn't drink too much coffee, but she'd also be annoyed with having to wait for it to heat up with the mini..

Don't like it half zipped but fully zipped is really cute! I got a s which I think is more my size as far as coats go.
On top of that, earlier this week, I used an AR to get a Plumtastic Unforgettable top. Well, I was just checking through clearance, and item CD-292-549 is available in Plumtastic in my size for $7.99. Sure beats the $28.50 bottoms I had put off buying because I didn't like them that much.
What luck.

that said,
i would advise against the mini. get a larger one - it's worth the convenience of not having to fill it up each time you make coffee. if she doesn't drink too much you can just get the b40 but i love the timer function.

I have purchased DH 3 nokia's total, 2 of the 1208, and 1 1616... the 2 other nokia's were meant as backup phones.. DH has had the same 1208 since 2009 or so.. it hasn't failed him.. he lost it on a bus one time, I deactivated it by phone, and called port authority, someone had turned it in, and he got his phone back..
Just 2 weeks ago, I got DH's mom a nokia 1616 also, she wanted a small phone and was actually considering the jitterbug! She doesn't even use a phone, she just carries one sometimes, but she's almost always reachable with a landline.. I told her she can load it for $100 and it'll be good for a year for her limited use.. Had to set it up for her and everything since I don't think she'd have taken the extra step.. Her birthday was in march, told her it was a late b-day present, had told her I was going to get one for her, but the ebay auction took time to end, and also took time to ship, had to save those extra dollars.. Got it for ~$9 shipped for a practically new phone in box and all the information, (person had used it for 2 weeks while their phone was repaired).
