I have always bought from the Outlet. But lately it seems there stuff is not holding up as well. Main complaint is the straps peeling. My daughter recently took hers in and they sent it in for her and charged her $20 and then they tell my daughter they can't fix it and wanted to just give her a 40% off coupon. I guess they no longer give you the price of the purse now. Maybe to many people abused it. But I have only sent one in and I hmmed at hawed when I got a letter saying they could return it or I could have x amount in merchandise credit. Because of this new rule and them scanning ID's when you return I won't be buying that much from them any more. It seems more and more places are getting stingy and not guaranteeing their product like they said they would.

i would have been fine with $3 or $4 charge. i generally charge what i expect to pay on my listings. they shipped in one of those VS-like bags which i know costs $ but not that much! i am far too lazy to actually contest but i am certainly not happy - i don't understand why ppl do this now since they pay fees on all - the only thing i can think of is for return policy since they say shipping is not refunded.

the only blustery i think is super comfy is the black leather. i've tried the natural leather and it was more stiff. the fabric ones aren't phenomenally comfy imho. it's only the leather bc they use some super crazy soft leather that just molds to your feet. i'm usually 7.5 but in nine west sometimes 7 - i have both sizes but the 7.5 does better in all conditions (they're flexible enough to not fall off my feet in the morning, but still comfy when my feet have expanded from walking/standing on them). my toes are a bit squished in the 1/2 size smaller ones. i can wear them but they're not as comfy. i know they cost more $ but i kinda think they're worth it...

but i am also going to keep the red suede ones, mostly bc it's real leather and i'm hoping for it to soften like the black leather. also bc i don't have red flats.

Thanks for the info. I almost freaked out when I saw a F on my bag that I got at the regular store in the mall. Had to re-read that it was after the dash.

All this is good to know. I can pass it along to friends who gloat about their awesome deal for a bag from the outlet so they know what they're actually getting. shake head

Iagree i expected them to do that. but they wanted to make a few extra bucks apparently. Mad it was not an expensive item but they easily could have made the cost $12.50 and charged $4 shipping. i wouldn't be as mad and i probably still would have purchased it. shake head

i wasnt successful with my last price adj..even when i threatened to return/reject the package...lol

anyway, i kept it since by the time i finished arguing the price went up again to more than i paid..so ..

thanks! Lol, after all it doesn't say whats in it ... so I am worried about doing it. lol

Another note, those mamas out there when is preschool an ok age to go? Most of local mamas here are enrolling at age 2, love little man and it would be a good break ... but what do I do with myself for those 3 hours?! it's too early in the day for haircut or lunch ...
