Would I need a M or L in the cheap ($19.50) bralette? Is that one okay for a bigger chest or should I get one of the more expensive ones?

You may want to consider mentioning it to your postmaster. I wouldn't accuse your postal carrier, because it may not have been him/her. You just need to inform him that someone is messing with your mail either at the VS warehouse or in route. If several people report similar problems, the postmaster will know it was the carrier. They'll never know if there is a problem, if people don't report it.

Is anyone else having a lot of problems signing into VS account? I can't get into mine even though I could about an hour ago. It keeps telling me my sign in info is wrong Dontknow

Edit: nm, refreshed the site and it's down.

Since it would be a hassle to return it, I'd keep it. Even if polka dots go out of style quickly, they will come back in style eventually. Everything does. It's been many years, since I've seen an original style.
