i've been away all weekend and most of my loveswim orders have shipped now. i'm scared to look at my cc...

i need to get on top of all my orders that came in while i was gone. blah, so difficult.
i'm annoyed that they're doing that whole charge/reimburse thing. it'll just make things difficult if i don't like something that i ordered. i may just return it all to recover my OOP expenses - most of the charges are less than $10 so the cert will cover them. i hate having to ask them to reimburse and i can't believe it's become the norm rather than the exception.

good news is they still honored the free returns label even though it was from 2/13 order. bad news is they messed up on a couple of the returns - they left off one bra completely

Ok, I have a bo item, the one they took the whole gc amount and then said I was short 5.xx, after all comments here I figured they charged me shipping on it and it is not one I used a cc with. Should I wait until the bo ships and see what happens or should I call now?
PS: I remember discussing this a long time ago & getting suggestions, but I was to cheap to pay full price then I forgot about it. The info would be in one of the older threads & I'm not sure which one. Forgive me for my lack of memory & repeat question.
