Anyway, got a bunch of packages today. 2 vs had certs in them. Many didn't. The 2 were the last ones I placed tho.
Express trouser shorts - short, but cute. I may keep the cheap ones. But they are a little short for me. also, the 2 fits me ok but it can slip off my hips depending on how stretchy the material is. the black ones look small, but wide. : ( it must be that black fabric - it's more stretchy than other colors. the neon blue fits the best because it doesn't stretch. i think i'm keeping the mint, but it's a little big. i don't think i would like the 0 though - too tiny for me. i need a little room in my shorts so that they sag and aren't so small.
My DH loved the pitch black, sailor shorts. I also tried the blue ones. The blue pair were the more expensive pair in a BOGO deal. I have a feeling, if the pitch black shorts were the more expensive pair, he would have thought they were worth $23.++. He didn't think the blue ones were. I may reorder them or buy more of the sailor shorts, if I can get a great deal.

i'm not sure what blue the sailor comes in. i quite like the neon blue trouser short color - it's not that bright but it's also different from the cobalt color so often used (that i already have). i love the sailor buttons! not sure what's wrong with your DBF and brother.
I'm really hard to find on fb. My profile is locked down so my students can't find me specifically. I reordered a size down on the black, Unforgettable tankini. I'll let you know how it compares, when I get it.

what size did you go with on the sailor shorts? i'm gonna have to try more. did you think they were ok in length? i know you don't like them too short. i don't know why but i feel like the sailor feels less short than the trouser with the same inseam.
oh i have lots and lots of shorts. i definitely don't need more. i'm glad you found ones that you love!

the 3.5 feels short on me. :l ol: short but doable... which probably does translate to "too long" for you. : ) you should try them sometime tho... may as well!

I got a 2 in the sailor shorts. The waist has a gap, but they fit okay everywhere else. I rarely tuck my shirt in, so the fact that they're too big should be hidden. A 0 would probably be tight. The pitch black, linen shorts are a little bigger than the blue cotton shorts. (I didn't specify earlier, but the linen shorts were the ones DH loved.) They are short, but they cover everything they need to.
Anyway, I watched the first season of Scandal. It's pretty good! I'm trying not to get addicted to shows, so I might skip the second since it's not on Netflix.
Pretty good?!?! I am addicted. Once I get my DVR down to a manageable level (currently I only have 1% free), I will be having a Scandal marathon. Re-watching all episodes from both seasons. Yea!

If you're referring to the cobalt Eva shorts, the colors aren't similar. I compared them. The sailor shorts are more of a dark turquoise. They're not bright like cobalt. (I'm not great with colors, so you may have a different definition.
I only tried the midi & Love jeans. Both were supposed to be skinny jeans. I've got a few pair of Express leggings that I never wear, but I may try the VS high-cut version anyway.

the linen pitch black shorts were the ones i loved also! if the blue cotton are smaller than linen then i should try those - the pair of cotton sailor shorts i tried in store were giant compared to the linen. i thought the linen fit me very well and i didn't even think they felt that short.
so it's not cobalt but teal huh? now i want them.
