good luck. it took me 2 phone calls to get the water company to allow me to put the water in my name. wanted me to go all the way to bham in person shake head. i don't have time for that. they finally did it thank goodness. i didn't want to ask my dad to do it.

red, I have another PR question. Embarrassment Do enough people speak English for us to be able to communicate well, w/o know Spanish? I told DH the Hotel El Convento is supposed to be haunted. That moved it way up on the short list. laugh out loud Flights are a lot cheaper than flights to Vegas also.

In Old San Juan, you won't have any issues. Absolutely none. I speak Spanish so it wouldn't have been an issue for me, but everyone there spoke English to me and always gave me English menus. If you're looking to stay in touristy areas, everyone will speak English.

they transferred me to the credit card, and when i got there i said "problem with order" and the automated system transferred me back. Blink i hate talking to machines!

transferred back and somehow hung up. ack! the phone is not liking me today.

Sometimes if you just start hitting 0 you get a person faster.

I hate those things too. Also hate talking to my gps.
