Thanks! And no problem at all : ) It was really different leaving for work today. It was blazing hot outside. I'm so used to the cold, freezing beach gusts after work.

All the guys came in a suit and tie so I opted for a pantsuit. Thank goodness because my manager was in a skirt suit. I'm definitely doing layers for a while until I figured how the AC is.

There's some important event where the women are required to wear a dress or suit. I might actually get to wear all my new clothes :wh ee:

Got my huge Express order today, including my very first portofino! Most of the stuff is a little big though.

Bought a pair of these in brown: cotton sateen cropped columnist pants [express.com] for work and I love them! I like columnist anyway but these are great.

I also got this skirt in clearance: high waist pleated ponte knit skirt [express.com]- it's soooo girly! :3

:no d: Oh yeah, I'm wiped! I was also up super-late "cleaning" and got a sunburn while she was here, but I practically slept all day after she left and am still tired. I agree about guests getting up early. Mine get up b/w 6 and 7am and wait for us for hours... but when we finally wake up, they're enjoying the peace and quiet outside and reading one of the mags I strategically leave out for them. Still feel bad about it though - I think - wake me up, I don't want to leave you hanging!

I totally understand her curiosity... it's something between possibly learning something new about the totally mundane (a new product, new way of storing things - like "how do they do it?") and getting to know you. I think it might make me feel closer to someone if I knew they used the same deodorant : P I know that's weird...but know that I want to feel closer to some people in my life. Most I don't care. Such an incredibly small part, if at all would be, "what secrets are they hiding?". Pfft. I don't want to know what you feel you have to hide :ee k: . With my SIL- I confess, I have peeked in drawers to see if she uses the MU I sent her or what she has for gifting ideas b/c I don't want to keep giving her UD when she hasn't even swiped shadows in the BOS I gave her 3 years ago, nor the sets of Stila smudgepots given to her by me and her BF's sister. The stretch belt is in stone,b but I think the cognac brown ones work too, esp to pair with sandals or purse. i bought this dress with the 20% clothing code. i love it. it may be my favorite dress that i've ever bought from vs. i think it is actually!

I know I am tardy to party but I just want to add that I also use VS bag to ship my items sold on eBay and never had any complain. I use the better ones from my lot but in past I have used even little torn and sealed it with tape. I think buyers don't mind it as long as their items are safely. I have a stack of VS bags and I am not active on eBay now. I sorted those bags out and kept only good ones when we moved 2 months back, but it is still a lot. I also use those bags because I feel I am helping to save environment. Imagine all of us throwing those bags out and buying new bags just to be thrown out by buyers.

I am not a fan of orange mostly because it's my rival team's color, but this dress is hot enough to suck it up and wear orange. i think the orange will be fun for summer too. i'm gonna grab it if i see it in a 0. it's super cheap too.

you haven't had issues with cancellation with using the bday code on multiple items? it's supposed to be on 1 item only, i thought. i had the other version of it before and in store they couldn't apply it to multiple items - it had to be 1 that was over $40. (they could have made this up but it did look like the system wasn't taking it)

This is strange. I posted about that dress, before I read this far. It was in shorts for me. The link doesn't give me 40% off, & it's no longer in shorts or accessories for me.

no, it's fixed. it was not showing the 40% off earlier on the page, but when you added to cart it would reflect 40% off. it's now regular price and they've removed them from the clearance sections we found them in.
