Fortunately, it's a relatively mild case, and aspirin is helping. I aggravated my left lower back swapping the TV sets last week, and although there's no direct back pain, there's extremely uncomfortable and quite annoying pain all the way down my left leg, especially when I'm sitting.

One yoga move that helps is Pigeon- opens the paraformis- theres some other ones listed here too [himalayaninstitute.org]-- spinal twist is easy and feels so nice
