forgot to mention that the gf & I went to hot yoga last night at 4 so I did two sessions inside 24 hours...
I would watch it if there was a guarantee there would be some side boob and a nip slip . . . particularly from Christina Hendricks.
Today was friggin' gorgeous outside, sunny and temp in the low 60s.
I sat outside for about an hour and got some sun on my face.
Of course, it's supposed to rain again on Tuesday . . .
Me too, usually. But I feel like if I'm running with someone I should talk to them, you know? Anyway this was our first run together. It went pretty well but I wish I hadn't done so much yoga. On the positive side, I feel awesome and my postures were really good today!
It was nice here today too. And gonna rain again soon too.
How's your diet?

I could totally vote for Ben Carson for president based on what I know about him so far.
Now that I see these I just might have to see what's living in the burn pit.

chop it up
put it in a crock
mash it until all of the of liquid is out of the cabbage using a wooden stick thingy
at this point, the liquid should be almost to the top of cabbage. if it isn't, add water, and then salt it (trial and error to preference)
Then we use a plastic bowl to put over the opening of the crock and place a half full glass of water to weight the bowl down. This allows the kraut to vent if it needs to as it ferments.
Let it ferment at room temp for 10 to 14 days, and you've got great kraut with all of the good probiotics in it and not just filler crap like you find in the store. We also shred a carrot and throw it in.
Yeah? Not a hell of a lot to go by online. I was just gonna sub it for applesauce in a recipe, pretty much. Maybe a little more sugar. This is kinda tangy.

I'd say just sub it like you would applesauce. It may not have the consistency you want the first time, but I'm sure it will taste great.

How's your diet?
I can't imagine 30 straight days of that. Not if I was trying to do other stuff too (like my boxing class or regular workouts).
Diet has not been great lately but I've been so active I think I'm scraping by without actually gaining any weight. My pants are still fitting more loosely and I bought two MEDIUM workout shirts last night off the clearance rack at Target ($5 each for Champion polyester dri-fit). Ran in one today and it did NOT scrape my nipples raw! And it wasn't crazy tight either (the gf said it looked good too).
Anyway it's all to the good. I got a nice taste of spring today and I'm ready for it to get here NAOW!
Damn. I'd better start planning!

I can't imagine 30 straight days of that. Not if I was trying to do other stuff too (like my boxing class or regular workouts).

My pants are still fitting more loosely and I bought two MEDIUM workout shirts last night off the clearance rack at Target ($5 each for Champion polyester dri-fit). Ran in one today and it did NOT scrape my nipples raw! And it wasn't crazy tight either (the gf said it looked good too).
Yep, just a hair over 5 I think. I don't run outside though so I'm a little worried about that. But with two weeks to buckle down and train I will hit the treadmill instead of the elliptical on nasty days and run a trail near my house on nice ones. I'm pretty sure I can hack it - I do 3+ miles on the elliptical (hard) and another fast mile on the treadmill regularly, and the other day I ripped off 3.5 miles on the treadmill after one mile on the elliptical and it wasn't too bad. Plus the gf runs slow but sometimes I think that's worse than running fast...
