I'm not all that down with the tablet form factor, so I haven't followed them so much. The Nexus 7 seems like a decent choice. As far as optimal battery life, I'd guess your best bet would be a build from XDA that has battery optimization features. Part of it will depend on what you plan to use it for.

it wasn't a parade, it was a block party (in a shopping center) that an Irish Pub sponsored. there were several really great Irish bands there. i stole that awesome headband for about 3 minutes so i could take a picture laugh out loud

i'm not so cool that i own something that i awesome Nono
