Barves beat the Dodgers Friday night [mlb.com], on the strength of Justin Upton's grand slam home run. That kinda took the wind outta the Dodgers sails and the Barves held on for the win.

I'm at the clinic Groupwave They have a Keurig machine here but the only kind of coffee that they have is a chai latte...that contains MILK! Annoyed I didn't bring coffee since I knew they had the dang machine. No breakfast, no coffee, no sleep...this is going to be a long 4 hours!

My 3 yo loopy daughter just brought a piece of paper to me where she had written F-U-N on it and told me it was the word "fun". She finally gets it! The Dude has been reading for months, and she finally gets it!!!!

I am not at class, I am working. I normally work on campus in health sciences M-F, but I am the backup to the office manager of the pediatric therapy clinic, which is owned and operated by the university. Faculty from OT & PT departments are the therapists. The student that normally works today bailed, so here I am...coffee-less! Weeping

Pediatric therapy. Cloud9 I use to teach high school kids who were orthopedicly impaired. Those kids and their determination was simply awesome.
