I remember one time when I worked as a server in a hotel I would pee in the soup and then start a club where a bunch of us didn't talk about because it was difficult to do with busted teeth.

If this was a business decision he would probably move on, but he has stupid gov't regulations he has to adhere to. Gov't regulations, for the most part, make no sense and are counter productive.
