Monsanto Cucumbers Cause Genital Baldness — Immediately Banned in Nova Scotia

A six-month study by AgriSearch, an on-campus research arm of Dalhousie University, has shown that genetically modified (GM) cucumbers grown under license to Monsanto Inc. result in serious side effects including total groin hair loss and chafing in "sensitive areas", leading to the immediate and total ban of sales of all that company's crop and subsequent dill pickles.

So I'm writing an application for the company I work for. Front end, back end, everything. They've (after I started the project) assigned the UI design to our marketing department (who have no experience in UI, mind you). I've been back and forthing with their graphic designer on design ideas as she is sending them to me. I was just trying to help and present other takes on what she sends...
This idea, it is terrible.

No, no, terrible really doesn't convey just how bad of an idea that is. We may need to coin a new word for it.

They do know me by name there, and know that I'll either be using a survey receipt or a coupon if they have any available laugh out loud
It also occurred to me today to ask if they could substitute pepperjack for swiss on the french dip, and they can. No extra charge, even Smoke

True story, this. Someone who was on the cc: list of an e-mail asked for the e-mail address and proper name of the person I added to the e-mail thread. Facepalm Of course I responded with "check the To: line of my message, I added the individual there." I also yellow-highlighted the person's e-mail address and proper name, just in case.

It's shocking how ignorant most people are, these days. Why is it these people don't kill themselves sooner??

I was installing some software on one of our servers for a client, and they had a WebEx going and kept asking me to share my screen. They're nuts for screen-sharing. I said "I'm just clicking the 'Next' button, it really doesn't seem necessary."
But I suppose they're used to working with people that are capable of screwing even that up.

Treat yourself!
F1, it's 'found money' (kind of) and you've had a rough few months. Do something nice for yourself to reward yourself for hanging in there with a great attitude Hug2
