The downside to all this wonkitude is that the new shit I'll be working on will be much, MUCH more time-consuming, and entirely frustrating as well. I'm really not looking forward to it, honestly. But the truth is, I'm good at catching onto something rather quickly, and I'll have some help/guidance to get me started. It could be a lot worse, all things considered.

My exhusband was an ill-tempered jerk and made a bomb 'joke' while expressing frustration to a tech support lady on an application he worked with. Right after 9/11. He had to go to the local PD, prove he was a citizen and just a jerk, not a terrorist. Work made him get sensitivity training too.
