she filed a claim with her agent on Friday morning, but an adjuster from our office has not yet contacted her about coming out to view the damage, write up an estimate, etc. an abbreviated transcript follows, with me in italics:
how long will it take to get someone out here to fix this?

is this hotel room gonna be covered under my policy?

how long do i wait before calling to check on my claim?
when the claim is filed and assigned to an adjuster, that adjuster will contact you.
i filed the claim on Friday and ain't nobody called me yet, so will you just put me through to the adjuster?

when the adjuster receives the claim information, he or she will contact you.

AG, google the insurance co website. They usually have the phone # there or tell them to look in their documents.
