open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize (2): Two (2) grand prize winners will receive a Living Room makeover consisting of couch, love seat, recliner, HDTV, end tables, coffee table, TV console, and $450.00 awarded in the form of a check made payable to each grand prize winner, which could be used by the winners to assist with any applicable state or federal income taxes due on the grand prize or other costs associated with the grand prize winners' receipt or use of the grand prize. Limit one grand prize per person.

All three factors will be considered equally. Each week, the five entrants among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 pm EDT each Sunday night during the Contest Period (January 6, 13, 20, 27 and February 3), whose Entries receive the five highest cumulative point scores for all judging criteria awarded by the judges will be deemed potential weekly winners ("Weekly Winners"). At the end of the entry period, the Weekly Winners whose entries receive the two highest cumulative point scores for all judging criteria awarded by the judges will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winners In the event of a tie, the tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie. Sponsor reserves the right to choose fewer than five Weekly Winners and to award fewer than total number of weekly prizes (as defined below) if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $4,950.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred dollars).

Alternatively, each grand prize winner may choose to accept a cash prize of $3,900.00, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner, in lieu of receiving the Grand Prize described above. If this option is chosen, the grand prize winner is responsible for all applicable state or federal income taxes or other expenses related to acceptance of this cash option.

Weekly Prizes (25): Weekly Winners will receive one Couchgating package containing items such as a t-shirt, a koozie, and a foam finger (ARV $20) and KFC Gift Checks in the amount of Fifty dollars ($50.00). Total ARV for each weekly prize: $70.00. Limit one weekly prize per person.
