Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 6:00 PM PT and ends on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM PT.

Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

You may enter once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Within one (1) week of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, potential winner will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsor from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Winner will be notified by phone.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Los Angeles. The Trip consists of:
- roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest on a carrier of Sponsor's choice from the major airport closest to winner's residence in the continental U.S. to Los Angeles; - three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations (room rate and tax only) (room rate and tax only);
- ground transportation to/from airport and E! taping events (After Party show, Fashion Police);
- two (2) tickets to taping of E! After Party: Academy Awards and Fashion Police: Academy Awards; and
- one (1) $400 gift card for a spa treatment.

Estimated retail value ("ERV") of Trip is $5,000. Trip must be taken between February 23 and 26, 2013, provided that travel requirements/deadlines are subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, unless authorized by Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion. Guest must all be at least 21 years of age or older as of the date of travel.
