FIAT USA “Call The Play” Sweepstakes ~ 1/30/13 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on January 4, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on January 20, 2013, at 11:59:59 P.M. EST.

Offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Follow the on-screen instructions to watch two (2) videos and vote for your favorite video. Upon submitting a vote, an Entrant must allow Facebook permissions and register for the Sweepstakes. After successfully registering, an Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

During the Sweepstakes Period, after an Entrant has registered for the Sweepstakes, he or she may invite other people to participate in the Sweepstakes by posting a link to his or her own Facebook Wall, Twitter® feed or Google+® profile ("Invitation Post"). An Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each person that clicks on the link in an Entrant's Invitation Post and registers for the Sweepstakes.

Limit 100 additional entries per Entrant. Limit 101 total entries per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a FIAT vehicle and $15,000 to makeover the Grand Prize Winner's home entertainment setup.

The Grand Prize Winner will have the option to select the Vehicle, subject to availability, between the following base model choices: a 2013 FIAT 500 Pop (ARV: $16,700); 2013 FIAT 500 Sport Hatchback (ARV: $18,200), 2013 FIAT 500 Lounge Hatchback (ARV: $19,200); 2013 FIAT 500 Turbo (ARV: $20,200); 2013 FIAT 500 Cabrio (ARV: $20,200); or 2013 FIAT 500 Abarth (ARV: $22,700).

Regardless of the Vehicle selected by the Grand Prize Winner, the actual Vehicle awarded will be the base model of the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to the Vehicle. The Vehicle will be delivered to the Grand Prize Winner through a FIAT Dealer close to the Grand Prize Winner's residence, selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. No other delivery option will be available. Subject to availability, the Vehicle will be delivered approximately 120 days from final verification of the Grand Prize Winner's eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver's license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of the Vehicle. The Vehicle details and availability are subject to change.

The $15,000 to makeover the Grand Prize Winner's home entertainment setup portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. The check will be mailed to the Grand Prize Winner approximately one week after verification of the Grand Prize Winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
