Sweepstakes starts Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 11:59:59. P.M., ET.
Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of and residing within, the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada (except the Province of Quebec) or The United Kingdom, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
"Like" the Samsung Televisions Facebook page, enter through the Discover to Win tab - https://www.facebook.co
Click the Livestream and Play Button and allow Facebook permissions in order to access and participate in the Sweepstakes. An Entrant will then be able to view the live stream between 2:00 P.M., ET and 5:00 P.M., ET from the Consumer Electronics Show 2013 in Las Vegas, NV on January 8, 2013. During the live stream, five (5) different code words will be announced. Once announced, an Entrant can enter the Code Word along with his/her email address on the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If an Entrant does not initially submit the correct Code Word, s/he may continue to re-submit until s/he submits the correct Code Word.
After an Entrant has followed the instructions and entered all five (5) Code Words, s/he will have the opportunity to earn an additional three (3) Entries into the Sweepstakes, for a total of eight (8) Sweepstakes Entries, by arranging the Code Words in the proper sequence to correctly form the secret phrase. If an Entrant does not initially submit the correct Phrase, s/he may change the sequence of the Code Words and re-submit until s/he submits the correct Phrase.
No Code Word may be entered more than once. After each Code Word has been announced on the live stream, it will be posted on Twitter at http://twitter.com/samsungtv.

First prize (1): One (1) first prize winner will receive a Samsung High End Home Theatre System - ARV: $799.99 USD; $789.47 CAD; ā¤491.81
Second prize (1): One (1) second prize winner will receive a Samsung Audio Bar Home Theater System - ARV: $349.99 USD; $345.36 CAD; ā¤215.19
