Promotion begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("EST") on January 14, 2013, and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on January 21, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
