Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 18 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., (collectively, "Territory") Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
ENTRY METHODS:
Method #1: SMS/TEXT ENTRY Visit any retailer where chocolate milk is sold, purchase chocolate milk and look for the UPC Code. You may enter the Sweepstakes via your cell phone ("Cell") by texting CMILK to 84848 shortcode as an SMS text message and following the entry instructions including but not limited to confirming your eligibility and texting your UPC Code upon request. You will receive a confirmation upon receipt ("SMS Entry"). Message and data charges may apply to each text message sent and received. SMS Entrants will receive a confirmation SMS text message on their Cell. All Cell entrants must have a text messaging two-way capable phone and digital and SMS service in order to enter the Sweepstakes using the text messaging method. Text messaging may not be available in all areas. By entering via SMS Entry you grant to Administrator your consent to call your Cell should you be selected a potential winner. Limit: One SMS Entry per phone number per day.
Method #2: MAIL-IN ENTRY To enter without making a purchase or texting, hand write your first and last name, street address, city, state and zip, and e-mail address "(Email) on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, and mail entry via First Class Mail to: Sack the Soda this Sunday Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9340, Medford, NY 11763-9340 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 2/4/13, and received by 2/11/13.
Ten (10) Prizes: Tablet (ARV: $200.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.00. Limit: one (1) Prize per person.
Potential winners ("Potential Winner(s)") will be notified within seven (7) business days from the date of selection and winner verification, via email ("Notification").

I don't like mail ins for same reason, costs money to enter something that should be free.
