Samuel Adams® TV Sweepstakes ~ 3/31/13 (text or email)

Sweepstakes begins 1/1/2013 at or about 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends 3/31/2013 at or about 11:59 p.m. EST.

Open to all legal residents except (excluding VA and TX) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1) Text Messaging: Text an Official Entry Code (example: "BIGGAME") to 63065.

Once you have properly text-messaged the Official Entry Code to the promotional phone number, you will receive a reply via text messaging requesting age confirmation. You will then receive a second text requesting your zip code. You will then receive a third text requests what store chain you are entering from. Once you have responded to the age, zip code and store confirmation texts, you will receive a final reply via text message confirming your entry into the Sweepstakes, a promotion code for a free Samuel Adams Hat, and providing a link to the Official Rules.

2) Email: During the Sweepstakes Period, email [email protected] and provide your first and last name, complete mailing address (PO Boxes not accepted), telephone number, email address, date of birth and Official Entry Code found in store and on advertising materials at participating retailers as described above. Once registration is complete, the user will receive an email with a unique code to redeem a free Samuel Adams Hat.

Limited one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries for a single individual will be disqualified.

PRIZES: All prizes will be selected in a random drawing on about 4/12/2013 for all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Seventy Two (72) Prizes – One (1) 40" TV with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $400.00. Grand Prizes will be awarded as follows:

One (1) grand prize will be awarded to general entrants. Seven (7) grand prizes will be awarded to entrants from CA. One (1) grand prize will be awarded to entrants from AZ.

All entrants will receive a coupon code for a free Samuel Adams Hat, Approximate Retail Value - $14.00, entrants will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the hat.
