Massive manhunt on for ex-cop accused of killing 3

Disgruntled ex-LAPD officer writes a manifesto detailing how (allegedly) the LAPD is corrupt. He then starts a war with LAPD. He's rather specific with the (alleged) corruption details in his manifesto.
Apparently, the LAPD has already shot up at least two vehicles "matching the description" of the ex-cop's vehicle. The LAPD is randomly shooting up suspected vehicles (and people!)? What?

By talking about his manifesto and his life ad nauseam, he's winning. That's exactly what that whack job in Newtown wanted us to do and the media and internet played their valuable and important part. So in effect, the real winners are the psycho-paths.
