The rental property is really nice- I stayed there in January of 2011.
The contest is to celebrate the launch of a new vacation rental website: www.findmeavaca
The website introduces a vacation rental search filter that narrows down to find a vacation rental suited for vacationer's needs.
A lot of times a vacation rental is cheaper than getting adjoining hotel rooms, with the bonus of having a kitchen!
Small Print:
"No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Federal, State, Provincial, Local and Municipal laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes deadline for entries is April 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes on February 1, 2013. Employees, including immediate family members and/or members of the same household, are not eligible to enter sweepstakes.
The winner will be selected via a random draw by May 7, 2013. The winner will be contacted via the email addressed provided above. The winner will have 5 business days to respond to the winner notification email from [email protected]. If the winner fails to reply within the 5 business days, another name will be drawn.
Each person is allowed to enter once every 24 hrs; if duplicate entries are received within this time period, these entries will be considered invalid and are grounds for disqualification. By entering sweepstakes, you consent to your name being used and identified as the winner in the event that you are the winner of the sweepstakes.
One prize winner will receive a 7 night stay in a 4 bedroom vacation rental of Find Me a Vacation Rental's choice. The value of the 7 night stay is approximately $950.00. This includes the rental rate, any taxes and/or cleaning fee. Prize winner is responsible for any and all damages made to the home during his occupancy. There is a damage deposit that will be due at booking and is fully refundable upon departure so long as the home and/or its contents have not been damage. All 7 nights must be used in one stay and nights cannot be split between visits. Additional nights may be added upon payment of the applicable rental fees and taxes and are subject to availability. Pool heat is not included but may be added by winner for an additional fee. Stay in the vacation rental must be completed by December 31, 2014. A minimum of two (2) weeks notice must be given. Sweepstakes winner agrees to abide for the terms, conditions and rental policy for the vacation home. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and no monetary value can be given in exchange for this prize.
All entries must contain a valid email address that will be used to notify the winner. Any and all information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the prize to the winner. "
