PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion will commence at 12:00:01 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on March 14, 2013 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 AM PT on May 12, 2013 and consists of 7 entry periods

ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to legal residents of 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii) ("Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older as of the Start Date of the Promotion (residents of AL and NE must be 19).

Entry Periods:
1) Start of Tour Grand Prize. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 3/27/13. Will select 1 Winner on 3/28/13.
2) Concert Tickets. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 4/7/13. Eligible locations: Tulsa, OK; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX; Houston, TX. Will select 4 Winners on 4/8/13.
3) Concert Tickets. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 4/14/13. Eligible locations: St. Petersburg, FL; Orlando, FL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Pittsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA. Will select 7 winners on 4/15/13.
4) Concert Tickets. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 4/21/13. Eligible locations: NYC, NYC; Lowell, MA; Monmouth, NJ; Towson, MD. Will select 5 winners on 4/22/13.
5) Concert Tickets. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 4/28/13. Eligible locations: Rochester, NY; Detroit, MI; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI. Will select 5 winners on 4/29/13.
6) Concert Tickets. Run Dates: 3/14/13 - 5/5/13. Eligible locations: Denver, CO; Tempe, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA. Will select 6 winners on 5/6/13.

There will be a total of twenty- seven (27) runner up prize winners ( each, a "Runner Up Prize Winner") in the Promotion determined a series of Runner Up Prize drawings (each, a "Runner Up Prize Drawing") from among all eligible Entries received in the respective Entry Periods 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Entry Period 2 will have a total of four (4) Runner Up Prize Winners. Entry Period 3 will have a total of seven (7) Runner Up Prize Winners. Entry Period 4 will have a total of five (5) Runner Up Prize Winners. Entry Period 5 will have a total of five (5) Runner Up Prize Winners. Entry Period 6 will have a total of six (6) Runner Up Prize Winners.

here will be a total of one (1) end of tour winner ( the "End of Tour Prize Winner") in the Promotion determined by an End of Tour Prize drawing ( the "End of Tour Prize Drawing") from among all eligible Entries received in Entry Period 7.

PRIZES.

The Start of Tour Prize winner will receive: · Two Round-Trip Tickets to Boston, MA ($1,200), One room hotel stay in Boston ($250), and a personal meet and greet with All Time Low (ATL) and Pierce The Veil (PTV) ($50), Signed merchandise/posters ($200), VIP tour laminate ($30) and one year supply of Rockstar Energy Drink ($576) · Total ARV of the Start of Tour Prize: $2306 USD.

Each Runner Up Prize winner will receive:
