Sweepstakes Period: The Knorr Dip Off Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 19, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 9, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes through the Knorr The Dip Off application on the "The Dip Off" tab on https://www.facebook.com/Knorr?fref=ts. Then you must vote for one of the two options in the Dip Off, and fill in all required registration information to receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the corresponding week's Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing only, and one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. All eligible Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 9, 2013, to be eligible for the final Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" is defined as the seven (7) day period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET the following Monday. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry.

Random Drawings: Five (5) Weekly Winners per week [fifteen (15) Weekly Winners total] will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the Wednesday after each week (March 27, 2013; April 3, 2013; April 10, 2013) from among all Entries received for that preceding week only. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received that corresponding week. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about April 10, 2013 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARVs"): Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected tablet PC (ARV: $500). First Prize (5 per week - 15 total): A $100 Sponsor-selected gift card. The ARV of the Grand Prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of the Grand Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prizes are subject to availability and in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Potential Winners will be notified via mail/email. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection.
