I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Remember the really big excavator that fell into the water off the large barge - Fri afternoon there was a larger excavator on the bridge above it and another one in the water on a bigger barge next to it. They got it out of the water and on the land near the bridge upright sometime between friday and this morning. Sam saw it out of the water and the other 2 excavators are gone now. So there it sits for now. But something else - Sunday at sunrise (and it is really dark at the beach on the ocean until the sun comes up) they held a sunrise service on the beach. Sam's boss and family attended it. He said that when the sun first came up and it became a little light, the very first thing they saw in the ocean was a large barge and tremendous excavator (bigger than the ones here) being pulled along by a cute little tug boat out in the waves. Sam has been working 8-10 hrs. daily - island is still a mess, docks, piers, yacht clubs, houses, etc. and stores still not doing that good.

Won a Twix!!!!! 1st win of April for me. On that note, I'm going to bed. Cleaned up part of the garden today-I only have a little one with the condo, but with the allergies and asthma, I do it a little at a time. Covered up the bleeding heart, astilbe, and lily sprouts since snow is in the forecast. The strawberries were trying to spread into the yard, so I transplanted them into the new patch. I only have crocus' blooming, but the miniature daffodils and squill are budding up.
