Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Was it Exxon??? They just had that huge oil spill in the nice neighborhood in Arkansas and now they had a pipeline in Missouri break. As much as their profits are they need to do maintenance!!! Pissed me off a few years ago when they got the government to fix up their refineries, then got income tax refund and was named the top 10 highest income company in the US!!!!! Would think that would mean they owe income tax! Now they are building a pipeline from Canada to Texas to sell oil over seas???? And we are paying for it??? Not right that US taxpayers have to pay for the Keystone pipeline so the richest company can sell Canadian oil to foreigners! We dont even get it and our gas goes up!!!
Sorry. Just pisses me off that they want more when they dont even take care of what they got and its not like they cant afford to!

They are long and filled with cannoli cream sometimes with little chips like chocolate inside. They make them large and small.

Here's my recipe for the filling:
Filling:
1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons citron peel, chopped
3 tablespoons candied orange peel, chopped

Mix the ricotta thoroughly with sifted dry ingredients. Add two drops of vanilla and chopped fruit peel. Mix and blend well. Chill mixture before filling shells. Fill cold shells and smooth filling evenly at each end of the shell. Sprinkle the shells with confectioners' sugar.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
