Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

This Golfer went to confession and said to the priest, "Bless me Father,
I cursed, said the F-word". The priest asked him to explain when and why he did this.
Well Father, he said I was playing golf and on the first hole I hit my drive and it sliced into the right rough, landing in a stand of trees.

Oh no Father he said. Because when I got to my ball I saw I had a good lie and a clear shot between two trees to the green.
So I took out my 7 iron and hit the ball straight at the flag. Unfortunately my shot was short and the ball landed in a greenside bunker.
Well said the priest, I can understand how that might upset you.
Oh no the golfer said. I was fine with that because I'm a pretty good sand player. So I took out my sand club, took a full swing and the ball popped out and ended up 8 inches from the hole.
Jesus Christ said the priest. Don't tell me you missed the f-ing putt.
