OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
This Promotion is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. Please do not enter if you are not a legal resident of, and not located in, the 50 United States or Washington D.C. at time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a Contest, a Sweepstakes, and an Instant Win Game (In-Store Game) starting March 25, 2013 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ending April 21, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period").
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or Washington, D.C., be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and be a member of Facebook (Contest and Sweepstakes) or have a valid email address (In-Store Game). Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after March 25, 2013, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Del Monte Corporation (the "Sponsor"), Dollar General Corporation ("Dollar General"), or their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, service agencies, or advertising and promotion agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively, with the entities in 2(a), the "Promotion Entities"), and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. By submitting an Entry entrants agree to indemnify and hold Promotion Entities (as defined in Rule #2) harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs or expenses brought against or suffered or incurred by the Promotion Entities, or any of them, arising out of or in connection with the participation by the entrants in this Contest, any breach by the entrants of the foregoing warranties or agreements or the use, in whole or in part, by any Promotion Entity of any Entry (or portion thereof) submitted by the entrants in this Contest. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Regulations, which are final and binding in all respects.
3.1. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The following guidelines set by the Sponsor should be followed for each Entry:
You must own all rights in the Photo and have the right to grant Sponsor a license to use the Photo (including any material embodied in the Photo);
Only one (1) Pet may be included in the Photo;
You must be the legal and registered owner of the Pet depicted in the Photo;
The Photo must be suitable for a family audience and contain only content that, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, is suitable for a general audience;
The Photo must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, incorporate any elements of entries submitted by other entrants;
The Photo cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity or any inappropriate content;
The Photo cannot show or promote cruelty, harm, abuse or exploitation of animals;
All animals must be depicted in a safe environment;
The Photo cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, depict gambling references or tobacco use, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
The Photo cannot be obscene or offensive, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, or endorse any form of hate or hate group;
The Photo cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor, Promotion Entities or their products or other people, products or companies;
The Photo cannot contain trademarks, logos, copyrighted works, trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or any intellectual property owned by others (including but not limited to music, photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images, published on or in websites, television, movies or other media) other than as owned by entrant or than as authorized by Sponsor for use by entrants in connection with the Contest;
The Photo cannot (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than the Sponsorӳ, including, but not limited to, any of Sponsorӳ competitors, any of Promotion Entities�_competitors, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
The Photo cannot contain materials embodying the likenesses, voices or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead, unless you have express permission from that person to use their likeness and performance in connection with the Contest;
The Photo cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
You have obtained written permission from each person who is depicted in the Photo to submit their picture (or, in the case of minors, the permission of the minorӳ parent or legal guardian) for use as described herein and you will provide written proof of such consent upon request; and
The Photo cannot violate any law or otherwise be inappropriate; all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
EACH ENTRANT WARRANTS TO THE PROMOTION ENTITIES THAT HIS OR HER PHOTO DOES NOT CONTRAVENE OR INFRINGE ON ANYONE ELSEӒ COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, MORAL RIGHTS, PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS, AND THAT HE/SHE IS THE LEGAL AND REGISTERED OWNER OF THE PET DEPICTED IN THEIR PHOTO.

HOW TO VOTE FOR A PHOTO AND ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Beginning on March 25, 2013 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ending April 21, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Online Voting Period") the public will be able to vote for their favorite pet. Online voting is based on the following criterion (the "Criterion"): "The Pet with the Most Personality". You must be a member of Facebook in order to vote. If you enter via desktop computer, you will have to "Like" the Dollar General fan page on Facebook before submitting your vote. You will also need to provide the application with permission to access basic information in your Facebook account (such as name, profile picture, gender, networks, list of friends, user ID, and any other information that you have made public) as well as your Facebook "Likes". To vote for an Entry during the Promotion Period, visit www.facebook.co
Once you have successfully voted, you will also earn one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per vote. You may vote for more than one photo Entry per day; however, you may only vote once for each Entry per day. For the purposes of this Promotion, each "day" will start at 12:00:00 AM CT and end at 11:59:59 PM CT. Any votes that exceed these limits or votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, or paying others to create Facebook accounts for the purposes of voting, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified, will forfeit any prize(s) won, and all associated Entries and/or scores will be void.
At the end of the Online Voting Period, the five (5) eligible cat Entries receiving the highest number of eligible votes will win a Cat Grand Prize; the five (5) eligible dog Entries receiving the highest number of eligible votes will win a Dog Grand Prize; and the next ten (10) eligible cat or dog Entries receiving the highest number of eligible votes will win a First Place Prize. See Rule #7 below for Prize details. In the event of a tie for the final prize in a prize category, the entrant among those tied whose final vote was received first will become the Potential Winner.
ALL ENTRANTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PROMOTION ENTITIES AT ANY TIME DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD (IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SPONSOR), AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE AN ENTRANT MAY BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE.
RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAW: On or about April 29, 2013, at approximately 2:00:00 PM CT, an independent judging organization (the "Promotion Judges") will randomly draw five (5) entries for the Sweepstakes Prizes (each a "Potential Winner" and, if verified, a "Winner") from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. Each Potential Winner will be eligible to win the applicable Sweepstakes prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance under these Official Rules.
HOW TO PLAY THE IN-STORE INSTANT WIN GAME: The In-Store Game is only available in participating Dollar General stores; Dollar General stores are not found in AK, DC, HI, ID, ME, MT, ND, OR, RI, WA or WY. During the Promotion Period, when you purchase a participating product (a list of participating products are attached hereto as Exhibit A) at any participating Dollar General store you will receive one Instant Win Game play. Upon completion of the transaction, you will find out instantly if you are a potential winner on your cash register receipt. If you are a potential winner (a "Potential Winner" and, if verified, a "Winner") of an In-Store Instant Win Game Prize, your cash register receipt will include a code ("Code") that you may enter online at the promotion Website to redeem your Instant Win prize (see Rule #7 for Prize details). (Note: Codes are provided by a third-party and not by Dollar General.) You will have to be a member of Facebook, and, if you enter via desktop computer, you will need to "Like" the Dollar General fan page on Facebook. You will also need to register at the Promotion application (including your type of pet, full name, telephone number (including area code), your valid email address, your date of birth, and home mailing address), as well as read and accept these Official Rules and Regulations, before redeeming your Code. Requests must be postmarked by April 22, 2013 and received by April 29, 2013. Only one (1) entry per envelope allowed. Instant Win prizes are randomly time seeded throughout the Promotion Period and awarded to the person who plays on or after the time the prize is randomly seeded. Odds of winning an In-Store Instant Win Game Prize depend on the total number of eligible plays received during the Promotion Period and the time they are played during the Promotion Period.
Entries submitted by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, entries by any means which subvert the entry process and entries made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Approximate total value of prizes available to be won: USD $21,760.00. Gift cards are subject to the terms thereon. With respect to prizes of which the Sponsor is not the manufacturer, Winner acknowledges that Promotion Entities have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or telephone number of entrants. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner's responsibility, regardless of whether prize is used in whole or in part. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: All prizes with a value of $599 or less may be automatically mailed to the verified Winner's home address as provided in the registration form. Potential Winners of prizes with a value of $600 or more will be contacted by phone or email with instructions on how to claim the prize. Prizes won by an entrant who is eligible but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such minor who must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on Winner(s) set forth herein. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, declines to accept a prize, if Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner within 5 business days, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited. Potential Winners (or parent/legal guardian where applicable) may be required to furnish proof of identification. Before being declared a Winner, Potential Winner (or parent/legal guardian where applicable), may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a W9 form within seven (7) business days from the time it is postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative, or the prize may be forfeited. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize and one (1) Grand or First Place Prize per person.
Allow 6 to 8 weeks for verification and shipment of your prize. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only be delivered to verified Winners.
By accepting a prize, each Winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Promotion or Sponsor, and Photos or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Ownership/use of Entry: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ON SPONSOR'S WEBSITE, IN SPONSOR'S DISCRETION. Submission of an Entry grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly perform, adapt, edit, and/or modify the Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that his/her Entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her Photo, including all but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Winner hereby waives in favor of Sponsor, all rights of "Droit Moral" or "Moral Rights of Authors" or any similar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to their Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the winning Entry, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment as may be solely deemed by Sponsor reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the Entry and of the copyrights transferred and "Moral Rights of Authors" waived under these Official Rules and Regulations. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor's rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment.
Materials submitted in connection with the Contest will become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant agrees that submissions are gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, and that Sponsor is free to disclose the ideas contained therein on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without restriction and without any additional compensation to entrant. Entrant acknowledges that, by acceptance of his/her Entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas from any source. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrant. By entering, entrant acknowledges that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry submitted.
By entering, entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Promotion Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules and Regulations are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible or incomplete submissions of Entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures of game play, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant's registration in the Promotion (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize, if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process).
If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online Entry, voted for a Sweepstakes entry or played the Instant Win Game, the Entry, Sweepstakes entry or game play will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules and Regulations. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parents or legal guardians if eligible minors) agree: (a) to release Promotion Entities and Facebook, Inc. from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Promotion or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any travel related thereto, (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connect with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys' fees and court costs.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of San Francisco.
PROMOTION OPERATION:
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such cancellation.
Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to; (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, Web sites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of mail or entries, the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion.
DISCLOSURES:
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entrant engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void) and will forfeit any prize won.
In the event that valid Instant Win prize claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations, then Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised prizes in the prize category in question. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Regulations and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules and Regulations shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules and Regulations shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules and Regulations in any manner whatsoever.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
This Promotion is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a Contest, a Sweepstakes, and an Instant Win Game (In-Store Game) starting March 25, 2013 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ending April 21, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period").

You must own all rights in the Photo and have the right to grant Sponsor a license to use the Photo (including any material embodied in the Photo);
Only one (1) Pet may be included in the Photo;
You must be the legal and registered owner of the Pet depicted in the Photo;
The Photo must be suitable for a family audience and contain only content that, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, is suitable for a general audience;
The Photo must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, incorporate any elements of entries submitted by other entrants;
The Photo cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity or any inappropriate content;
The Photo cannot show or promote cruelty, harm, abuse or exploitation of animals;
All animals must be depicted in a safe environment;
The Photo cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, depict gambling references or tobacco use, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
The Photo cannot be obscene or offensive, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, or endorse any form of hate or hate group;
The Photo cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor, Promotion Entities or their products or other people, products or companies;
The Photo cannot contain trademarks, logos, copyrighted works, trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) or any intellectual property owned by others (including but not limited to music, photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images, published on or in websites, television, movies or other media) other than as owned by entrant or than as authorized by Sponsor for use by entrants in connection with the Contest;
The Photo cannot (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than the Sponsorӳ, including, but not limited to, any of Sponsorӳ competitors, any of Promotion Entities�_competitors, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
The Photo cannot contain materials embodying the likenesses, voices or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead, unless you have express permission from that person to use their likeness and performance in connection with the Contest;
The Photo cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
You have obtained written permission from each person who is depicted in the Photo to submit their picture (or, in the case of minors, the permission of the minorӳ parent or legal guardian) for use as described herein and you will provide written proof of such consent upon request; and
The Photo cannot violate any law or otherwise be inappropriate; all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

HOW TO VOTE FOR A PHOTO AND ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Beginning on March 25, 2013 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ending April 21, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Online Voting Period") the public will be able to vote for their favorite pet. Online voting is based on the following criterion (the "Criterion"): "The Pet with the Most Personality". You must be a member of Facebook in order to vote. If you enter via desktop computer, you will have to "Like" the Dollar General fan page on Facebook before submitting your vote. You will also need to provide the application with permission to access basic information in your Facebook account (such as name, profile picture, gender, networks, list of friends, user ID, and any other information that you have made public) as well as your Facebook "Likes". Once you have successfully voted, you will also earn one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per vote. You may vote for more than one photo Entry per day; however, you may only vote once for each Entry per day. For the purposes of this Promotion, each "day" will start at 12:00:00 AM CT and end at 11:59:59 PM CT. Any votes that exceed these limits or votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or telephone number of entrants. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner's responsibility, regardless of whether prize is used in whole or in part. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: All prizes with a value of $599 or less may be automatically mailed to the verified Winner's home address as provided in the registration form. Potential Winners of prizes with a value of $600 or more will be contacted by phone or email with instructions on how to claim the prize. Prizes won by an entrant who is eligible but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such minor who must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on Winner(s) set forth herein. PROMOTION OPERATION:
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such cancellation.
Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to; (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, Web sites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of mail or entries, the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion.
DISCLOSURES:
Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. In the event that valid Instant Win prize claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations, then Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised prizes in the prize category in question. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Regulations and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules and Regulations shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
