Eligibility:
RainSoft All Work and More Play (the "Instant Win Game") is open only to authorized RainSoft dealers and employees who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing:
The Instant Win Game begins on February 13, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern
Time ("ET") and ends on July 12, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The
Promotion consists of a sales phase ("Sales Phase") which begins on February 13, 2013 and ends on July 7, 2013, and a game phase ("Game Phase") which begins on February 20, 2013 and ends on July 12, 2013.
How to Enter:
During the Sales Phase, when an eligible sales associate has sold and installed a serialized RainSoft product in a customer's home (excluding faucets) he/she will have the opportunity to earn seventeen (17) points. When an eligible entrant makes a sale of RainSoft products to a customer with a minimum total point value of seventeen (17) points, this is considered an eligible sale ("Eligible Sale"). After each Eligible Sale, the
eligible entrant will enter the warranty card information on points.rainsoft.com. All sales for
each Weekly Entry Period must be entered on or before the Sales Entry Deadline or entrant forfeits points. Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on points.rainsoft.com and entrants will not be eligible for points for sales entered incorrectly. For each Eligible Sale, one (1) Instant Win Game play will be deposited into the entrants' account or around the dates listed in the chart above for each Weekly Sales Period. To play the Instant Win Game, the eligible entrant's sales manager must log-in at

number. Once the sales manager submits the form, the eligible entrant will be able proceed to the Instant Win Game page. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. The prizes for which you are eligible will depend on if you are an inside or outside sales person. Each entrant may play one (1) time per Eligible Sale during the Sales Phase.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $250.
TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: $100.
ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED (1,800) SECOND PRIZES: $20.
SEVEN (7) THIRD PRIZES: A golden raffle ticket.
FIVE HUNDRED (500) FOURTH PRIZES: Twenty-five (25) bonus raffle tickets.
TWO THOUSAND (2,000) FIFTH PRIZES: Ten (10) bonus raffle tickets.
SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (7,250) SIXTH PRIZES: Five (5) bonus raffle tickets.
